Amid an intensifying debate about the value of higher education, institutions need to prove to students how they provide a path to career success. But how effective are the career readiness initiatives institutions offer today?
Grammarly surveyed over 200 higher ed faculty and administrators to learn more about their institutions’ approach to student career preparation. We found that higher ed professionals gave themselves top marks for career prep. However, similar industry studies showed that employers and recent graduates felt higher ed did a poor job of preparing students for professional success.
